Quote accuracy checklist

  • Listened to original recording at timestamp
  • Quote is verbatim (or clearly marked as paraphrased)
  • Context preserved (not cherry-picked to change meaning)
  • Speaker identified correctly
  • Timestamp documented for fact-checker
